Instructions

Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave – (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 5 – 6 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 6 – 7 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 7 1/2 – 8 1/2 min. Let stand 1 minute. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Stove Top: Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 10 – 20 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally. Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Caution: hot! Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Keep frozen.
