Instructions

Do not thaw. Cook as directed. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Push into perforated oval near center of bag to vent. Remove tab completely. 2. Place frozen bag this side up in microwave, laying flat, ensuring vegetables are in a single layer. 3. Microwave on high 5 1/2 to 6 minutes. 4. Carefully handle bag at corners marked Pick Up Here and remove from microwave with two hands. Bag will be crinkled after cooking. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish and tear bag along perforated side to open. Pour and serve. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Caution! Food will be hot! Keep frozen. After Cooking: Tear bag along perforated side to open. Push here. Push firmly and remove red tab completely to vent.
