Instructions

Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Microwave: Place unopened bag standing up in center of microwave. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch. Empty into serving dish; stir well. * Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top: Preheat 1 tbsp. of butter or oil in a medium non-stick skillet on medium heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen.
