Made with ingredients including breadcrumbs, aged cayenne red peppers, and garlic powder, this seasoned coating mix kicks things up a notch with the perfect blend of Buffalo-style flavor and heat. From Buffalo chicken nuggets to tenders, meatloaf and onion rings, there’s so many ways to enjoy the craveable crunch and heat of this convenient seasoned coating mix. Use it anywhere you’d already think to use breadcrumbs, or as a sprinkle-on crunchy topping for macaroni and cheese and casseroles. However you use it, the whole crew will go crazy for the spicy Buffalo heat and irresistible coating – no frying need!

Instructions

You'll Need: 1/2 cup Coating Mix | 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts, 1-inch thick (about 2 lbs). Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. Coat chicken on all sides with coating mix (discard any remaining coating). Place chicken on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake as directed below until chicken is cooked through. (No need to flip chicken.) Cook Time Chart: 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts; Oven: Set temperature to 400 degrees F: 20-25 min; Air Fry: Set temperature to 350 degrees F: 15-20 min. 11/2 lbs. Chicken Breast Tenderloins; Oven: Set temperature to 400 degrees F: 12-14 min; Air Fry: Set temperature to 350 degrees F: 10 min. 1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into Nuggets; Oven: Set temperature to 400 degrees F: 10 min; Air Fry: Set temperature to 350 degrees F: 7 min. Note: Cook times may need to be adjusted. Internal temperature of chicken must reach 165 degrees F. Air Fryer Directions: Coat chicken as directed. Place in single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overloading basket. Air fry as directed above. Tips & Tricks: Try brushing chicken with mayonnaise or dip in egg wash before coating. Use as a coating for veggies to make onion rings, cauliflower bites, or pickle chips. Mix-In Usages: Use this Coating Mix to replace breadcrumbs when preparing meatloaf, meatballs, or burgers. Crunchy Topping: Sprinkle Coating Mix on top of baked macaroni & cheese or cheesy potato and vegetable casseroles.
