Instructions
For food safety, follow these cooking instructions carefully. Stovetop Cooking: Step 1: While still frozen, place vegetables in a suitable saucepan and cover with water. Step 2: Cover pan and heat to a temperature well below boiling (approx 170 degrees F). Hold this temperature 25 to 30 minutes. Do not boil. Step 3: Remove from water and serve while hot. Microwave Cooking: Step 1: Place 2 ears of corn in a microwave-safe casserole dish and add 1/4 cup water. Step 2: Cook for 2-1/2 minutes, rotate cobs and cook an additional 2-1/2 minutes. Step 3: Season to taste and serve. For 4 ears of corn, add 1/3 cup water. Cook for 4-1/2 minutes, rotate cobs and cook an additional 4-1/2 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F (internal temperature). Because microwaves and stovetops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen.
