Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meats separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Pan Fry or Outdoor Grill: Place frozen patties in heated fry pan or on heated grill (recommended pre-heat setting 325 degrees F [165 degrees C] or medium heat) for 4 minutes. Turn patties over onto the other side and cook 4 more minutes - until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 161 degrees F (72 degrees C). Season with Spices to taste. Keep frozen.
