Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. How to Cook The Very Best Burger: 1) Keep Burgers refrigerated until ready to cook. When ready, lightly season both sides of each Burger patty with kosher salt (optional). 2) Starting with a clean and oiled grill, cook Burgers over high heat for 8-10 minutes or until desired temperature is reached (The USDA recommends cooking Burgers to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71.1 degrees C). To keep Burgers juicy, flip each Burger only once halfway through cooking time and do not press down on Burgers while cooking. 3) Build Burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
