Grits, Moss Yellow, Water Ground Style
Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 3/4 cup moss yellow grits. 1 tablespoon butter. 3 cups water. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring water, salt, butter and grits to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until grits are thick and creamy. You may have to adjust water according to your preference. To open, twist to and lift the wire ring off.
