Chicken Kitchen Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
Bring take-out food to your own kitchen and have it on the table in about the time it would take the delivery guy. Experiment with different veggies to find your perfect combination.
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 Chicken Kitchen Rotisserie Chicken
- 4 Cups Vegetables (Your Choice)
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/3 Cup Low–Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
- Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Chop desired vegetables into similar size pieces. Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat to medium-high. Add vegetables to skillet. Toss often until soft. While vegetables are cooking, pull meat o chicken and set aside. Mix sauce ingredients in medium-size bowl. Whisk until cornstarch lumps are gone. Pour sauce mixture along with chicken into skillet with vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Serve stir-fry over rice.
