Instructions
How to Cook with Argo: To thicken hot liquids first mix Argo corn starch with a little cold water until smooth, gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Stirring constantly, bring to boil; boil 1 minute. 1 tbsp. Argo corn starch = 2 tbsp. flour. Argo corn starch has twice the thickening power of flour. When a gravy, sauce or soup calls for flour, use half as much corn starch to thicken. To Make Cake Flour: For 1 cup cake flour combine 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour with 2 tbsp.
