Instructions
Bake: Oven: Preheat oven to 425 Degrees . Quarter and season beets, bake 10-15 minutes or to desired tenderness. Microwave: Microwave: Remove beets from pouch and place on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute, and let stand 30 seconds. Ways to Enjoy: Add to salads. Make a sandwich. Roast em. Blend into smoothies. Mix into a dip. Once open, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days.
