Description

Instructions
Directions: 2 cups Moss Hushpuppy mix with onions 6 oz water. Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Stir mix and water together thoroughly. Let sit for 15 minutes. Drop mix from side of a spoon in crescent shape. Cook until golden brown. The hushpuppy does not cook thoroughly in the center if too much liquid is used. If enough liquid is not used, the outer appearance is rough and the hushpuppy is not light. Hushpuppy mixture drops from the spoon easier if the spoon is dipped in a cup of cold water frequently. For round hushpuppies use a melon baller. For a long hushpuppy drop from side of tablespoon. To open, twist top and lift the wire ring off.
