Instructions
You Will Need: 1 cup mashed banana approx. 2 bananas (over-ripe); 1 large egg (lightly beaten); 1/3 cup water. 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and lightly flour 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. 2. Stir contents of Chiquita Banana Bread pouch with water, lightly beaten egg and mashed bananas for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are wet. 3. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. If using a 9 x 5-inch baking pan adjust baking time to 40-45 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Loosen edges with knife and remove from pan. Makes 12 servings!
