Instructions

Do not eat raw batter. You will need: Mix; 2 large eggs; 6 tablespoons butter, melted; 2/3 cup milk; 1/2 cup butter, melted (for dipping); cinnamon sugar topping (for rolling). Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray 24 mini muffin tins generously with butter or oil. If making regular sized muffins, prepare 12 muffin tins. Pro Tip: For best results, avoid using muffin liners so the entire muffin can be easily rolled in cinnamon sugar. 2. Whisk eggs, 6 tablespoons butter and milk together in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well combined. Fill each prepared muffin tin 3/4 full with batter. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes for mini muffins or 16-18 minutes for regular sized muffins. A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean when done. 4. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a small bowl and set aside for dipping. In a separate bowl, empty cinnamon sugar topping packet. 5. Dip warm muffins in melted butter, coating all sides, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar topping to evenly cover the entire muffin.
