Description
A South American-inspired blend of cilantro, garlic, thyme, and red and black peppers, this marinade is a quick way to add worldly flavor to your favorite dishes. Try with skewered steak, chicken, shrimp, or kebobs for a Brazilian Steakhouse experience.
Instructions
All it Takes is Flame & Flavor 1/4 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar; 2 lbs. beef, pork, chicken or shrimp* 1. Whisk together marinade mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. *Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes.
