Margaret Holmes Fried Apples With Cinnamon
Instructions
Fried Apples Recipe: Drain apples, but reserve 1/3 cup of apple liquid. Melt 1-1/2 tablespoon of butter in a fry pan on medium-high heat. Add apples. Fry 4-5 minutes, turning once. Add apple liquid back to pan, stirring constantly for 15-20 seconds. Remove and serve! Serve as a side dish with a meal, over your favorite ice cream, or served on top of pancakes, Margaret Holmes Fried Apples have the flavor of the South you love.
