Instructions

Keep refrigerated. To Microwave: Arrange separated slices of bacon on a paper towel to prevent spattering. Repeat the process of layering for desired number of slices. Cook in microwave until brown and crisp. Approximate cooking times: 2 Slices: 1-1/2 minutes; 4 Slices: 1-1/2 to 2 minutes; 12 Slices: 6-7 minutes. To Broil: Lay separated slices on broiler pan. Place 4 inches from heat and broil until crisp but not brittle, turning only once. To Pan Fry: Place separated slices in cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat; turn and fry until crisp but not brittle. Drain excess drippings as required. Remove each slice as it browns. Drain on paper towel and serve.
