Return meat too skillet. 2 Add 2 cups water, pasta, green peppers and seasoning; stri. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 3 Cover simmer 9 to 11 min. Or until most of the water is gone, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 4 Star in velveeta cheese sauce. 5 Customize it: Top with french fried onion rings before serving.
