Instructions

Muffin Instructions: You'll Need: 1 bag Kodiak mix; 2 eggs (or egg substitute); 1 cup milk; 1/3 cup oil (or melted butter). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Makes 12-14 muffins. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F. For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
