Chicken Strips, Lightly Breaded, Southern Style

Instructions

Recommended Method: Conventional Oven 18-20 mins. Preheat oven to 375°f. Lightly coat a flat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken strips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Heat for 9 minutes. Remove from oven and turn product over. Heat for an additional 9 to 11 minutes. Air fryer 10-11 mins: Set air fryer to 370 degrees F. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer in the basket or on the tray. Heat for 6 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Microwave 1 min 30 secs - 2 mins 30 secs. Place 1 chicken strip on a microwave safe dish. Do not cover. Heat on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and turn product over. Heat on high for an additional 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: product will be hot. Heating times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity. Product is already fully cooked. Do not overheat heat to 165 degrees F internal temperature. Keep frozen. Cut.
