Instructions

Ingredients: 2-3 Waffles: 1-1/2 cups of mix. 1 cup water. 5-6 Waffles: 3-1/4 cups of mix. 2 cups water. Prep: The waffle iron by coating it with a little non-stick cooking spray. Then turn up the heat to medium high. Mix: Your ingredients in a bowl until it's silky smooth, you don't want any lumps. Pour: On a little less than 3/4 cup batter onto your hot waffle iron, then close it up tight. Cook: 3-4 min until steaming stops and they're golden brown. Enjoy! Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Chocolate Chip Waffles: Ready your waffle batter according to the package directions, just using 1-1/2 cups mix & 1 cup water. Mix in 1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake as directed. Top each of your waffles with 1/4 cup of hot fudge topping, 1/4 cup sliced strawberries & as much whipped cream as you'd like.
