Instructions
Directions: 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. For best results, add 1/4 cup cold water or use provided external fill line and notch inside the cup (use milk for 2 g extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Add 10-15 seconds if wet spots are dime sized or larger. *Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed.
