It's a dumpling popular across the Himalayas, including India, but not a soup dumpling and not a potsticker. Unlike those, our Chicken Tikka Masala Momos are bursting with vibrant sauce and bold flavors. We craft them with marinated chicken and creamy sauce in delicate dumpling dough, then steam them so they're ready in as little as 2 minutes. As if there weren't enough flavor already, we also include chutney for dipping. No need for Momo Fomo, we've got you! Instructions
Directions for Heating: Microwave: 1. Remove chutney packet from bag. 2. Keeping the bag open slightly, microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds on high. 3. Let rest for 2 minutes in bag before removing and eating. Enjoy! Steam: 1. Add 2-3 inches of water in a large pan or pot. 2. Bring water to a rolling boil. 3. Place momos in a steamer basket above water. 4. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes. 5. Remove the steamer basket from the pot and let it rest for 2 minutes. Keep frozen.
