Description

Bridgford Ready Dough 3 White Loaves

Instructions

Frozen White Ready-Dough Easy to Bake Bread! Step 1: Pan: Place loaf bottom-side-up in greased 8 1/2 inch x 4 1/2 in loaf pan (larger pan will cause loaf to over-rise). Brush loaf with melted butter or margarine, or spray with cooking spray. Step 2: Thaw: Let dough thaw in a warm place (up to 110 degrees) free of drafts for 1-2 hours, or covered in refrigerator overnight (microwave thawing instructions below). Step 3: Rise: Let dough rise until 1/2 inch above pan sides (3-6 hours). Step 4: Bake: Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and turn loaf out of pan immediately to cool. (Quick-Rise Method): Let thaw according to step 2 above. Heat oven to lowest setting then turn oven off. Place panned, basted loaf in oven to rise (2-4 hours). Microwave Thawing Instructions: Microwave oven must have variable power settings. The following times are based on a 1300 watt oven. Due to variations in ovens, times may vary. Place loaf on a microwave dish - spray entire surface of dough with cooking spray. Heat for 2 1/2 minutes using power level 2 (20%). Turn loaf over and repeat heating time. Dough should be thawed but still cold to touch. Proceed with following steps 1, 3 & 4 above. Thawed dough can also be cut into rolls, or let dough rest for 5-15 minutes before rolling out for pizza or cinnamon rolls. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to bake. If dough defrosts before preparation, the yeast may become less active and the dough may not rise fully. Best used by date on the white clip closing the bag, or within 30 days after purchase.
