Made with hand-selected, top quality pork belly, Boar's Head Butcher Craft Extra Thick Cut Bacon is smoked with hardwood chips for just the right amount of smoky flavor and then generously cut for the bacon lover in each of us.

Instructions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions - Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in a skillet. Cook over by low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired crispness. Microwave: Place bacon slices on paper towels on a microwave-safe dish and cover with paper towel. Cook on high to desired crispness: 1 slice: 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, 4 slices: 4 to 6 minutes, 8 slices: Begin with 8 minutes and add additional time if needed. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Place bacon slices on a sheet pan and bake on bottom rack for 18 minutes or until desired crispness. Keep refrigerated.
