Description

Birds Eye Steamfresh Baby Broccoli Blend

Instructions

Keep frozen. Caution - contents are hot! Microwave Directions: For proper food safety and quality, follow these cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce or thaw bag. 2. Microwave on high for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook one bag at a time to a temperature of 160 degrees F.). Microwave ovens vary in power; cooking time may be outside this range. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a slight whistling sound may be heard. 4. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. Carefully handle bag at top corners marked with red dots and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour and enjoy! Stovetop Directions: 1. Pour frozen contents of bag and 1/4 cup water into saucepan. 2. Bring water to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. 3. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook one bag at a time to a temperature of 160 degrees F.). 4. Drain and serve.
