Instructions

Conventional Oven Do Not Prepare in Toaster Oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove film. 2. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 30 minutes. Stir cheese sauce into broccoli. 3. Cook an additional 15 to 20 Minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 5 minutes for sauce to thicken. Microwave Oven: Cook Only One at a Time. 1. Pull back corner of film to vent. Microwave on high 3 minutes. 2. Remove film and stir. 3. Microwave an additional 4 minutes until cheese sauce is thickened. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes. For Food Safety and Quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
