Spice Bazaar Dill-icious Roasted Potatoes
Spice up your roasted potatoes with the help of our Spice Bazaar Dill Dip Mix for a perfectly flavored side dish. Serves 4
Ingredients
- 6 Medium Russet Potatoes In 1” Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Spice Bazaar Dill Dip Mix
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Greek Yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, dip mix and salt. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Place potatoes on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake, turning every 5-7 minutes, until fork-tender and browned (30-35 minutes). Serve warm, with sour cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
