SausageWorks Sausage & Shrimp Skewers
These flavorful kabobs are easy to make and great for the grill, bringing a hint of sweet and a taste of the Carolinas to the table.

- Pick & Prep Pineapple Chunks
- SausageWorks The Big Cheese Smoked
- 16/20 Ct Extra Jumbo Raw Carolina Shrimp
- Good Cook Bamboo Skewer 10Inch
- Spice Bazaar Savory Steak Seasoning
- Lowes Foods Olive Oil Pure
Directions
Soak skewers (if using bamboo) over night to soften. Heat grill to high heat. Peel and remove tails from shrimp. Cut sausage links in to bite-size chunks. Skewer pineapple, shrimp and sausage in a random order to create kabobs. Lightly oil kabobs, then sprinkle with Spice Bazaar Open Steak Fire Seasoning. Place kabobs on the grill, cook, turning occasionally until shrimp is cooked through. Serve and enjoy.
