SausageWorks Bangers & Mash

Ingredients
- 4 Beef Or Pork Sausageworks Sausages
- 1/2 Cup Dark Beer Or Lager
- 1 Vidalia Onion, Peeled And Cut Into Thin Circles
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Brown sausages in olive oil over medium heat in oven-safe pan. Remove and set aside. In same pan, add butter and onions, cooking over medium heat until onions are brown. Mix in flour, stirring occasionally until smooth. Add brown sugar. Add sausages back to pan with broth and beer. Increase heat and allow mixture to boil for 1 minute. Cover pan and place in oven for 50 minutes. Serve atop mashed potatoes.
