These tasty and adorable “carrots” make a fun addition to an Easter brunch spread and, as an added bonus, are easy enough that kids can help.
Ingredients
- 8 Mini Croissants From Bakery
- 16 Parsley Stems
- 1 Pound Chicken Kitchen Rotisserie Chicken Salad
- Red And Yellow Food Coloring
- 2 Egg Whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, whisk together food coloring and egg whites to create orange color. Place croissants on baking sheet and brush with egg white mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool. Slice croissants in half to form triangle “carrots.” Stuff each with chicken salad. Push parsley stem into chicken salad to create “carrot stem” on each. Enjoy!
