Blueberry Lemon Sorbet
No ice cream maker required to make this sweet and tangy summertime treat, perfect for warm, sticky afternoons. Look for local blueberries in-season!
Ingredients
- 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 Can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
- 1 Pound Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Sugar Or Local Honey
- 1/4 Cup Ice Cubes
Directions
In microwaveable bowl, heat gelatin and lemonade concentrate, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is dissolved. Let stand one minute and stir again. Place blueberries, sugar or honey, and gelatin/lemonade mixture in blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and continue blending until frothy. Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer sorbet.
