For Rounds, 4 in High: 6 in./15.2 cm; 18 oz./510 g fondant amount. 8 in./20.3 cm; 24 oz./680 g fondant amount. 10 in./25.4 cm; 36 oz./1.02 kg fondant amount. 12 in./30.4 cm; 48 oz./1.36 kg fondant amount. For Sheets, 2 in. high: 9 x 13 in./22.8 x 33 cm; 40 oz./1.13 kg fondant amount. Covering a cake is easy! Knead, roll, cover, smooth and trim. For best results, keep fondant covered during use to prevent drying. To save leftover fondant, wrap it in plastic wrap and store at room temperature in an airtight container.
