Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Cut a 1 inch slit in film. Microwave on high for 3 minutes*. Carefully remove film, mix gently and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes or until heated throughout and water is absorbed.
