Instructions

Boil: Have extra time? Boiling Water (Stove Top) • Place pouch in boiling water. • Do not cover pan. • Simmer 18 minutes. • Carefully remove pouch from water. Microwave: Need Stouffer's fast? Microwave Oven (1100W) • Pierce pouch several times. • Place on a microwave safe plate. • Cook 7 minutes on high. • Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking. Thoughtful Portion: 1 portion = 1/2 cup. Pair this portion with a side salad and a glass of low fat milk as part of a balanced diet. Keep frozen. To open. Push in pull out.
