Instructions
Instructions: 1 package Sticky Fingers Cheddar & Herb Biscuit Mix (336.7 g). 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 5 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled 1 cup milk. 4 tablespoons hot melted butter. 1 pouch herb blend (3.5 g). 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray. 2. Empty biscuit mix into a large bowl. Mix in cheddar cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk together 5 tablespoons melted, cooled butter & milk. Pour over dry mix & stir gently with a rubber spatula until dry mix is absorbed. Scoop 12 biscuits 2 inch apart onto pan. 3. Bake biscuits 13-15 minutes, or until richly golden on top. 4. Stir together hot butter & herb blend. Brush mixture generously over hot biscuits. Makes 12 biscuits.
