Description
Marinates 12-15 lbs. of meat. Poultry. Shrimp. Pork. Lobster. From the makers of Jamaica Hell Fire. Jerk Sauce comes from the island of Jamaica developed by the Arawak and Caribe Indians as a method of preserving meats using ocean salt, peppers, and the fruit from the Pimento tree. In modern Jamaica, Jerk Sauce is the method of barbequing, and everyone has their own special recipe. Please enjoy our Jerk Sauce, developed on Guava Ridge, in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica.
Instructions
Refrigerate after opening. 1 tbls. sauce per 1-1/2 lbs of meat. Hand rub the sauce into meat for 1 min., let marinade for at least 1 hr. (the longer the better). Hand rub again and grill (don't add more sauce). Remember, this is a concentrated marinade. Excellent for chicken, pork, tenderloin, pork chops, hamburgers, shrimp, lobster, and sausage. Add (to taste) Jamaican Jerk to your favorite barbeque sauce.
