Instructions

Thawing Instructions: Remove all plastic packaging before thawing. Thaw Salmon in a covered pan in the refrigerator over night. For quicker thawing, place a sealed inner bag under cold water for 20-30 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to Medium. Cook 5-6 minutes per side. Skin side down first. To Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake skin-side down for 25-30 minutes. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Keep frozen.
