Pork Tenderloin, Applewood Smoked Bacon

Instructions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place on a roasting pan bacon side up. Roast in a preheated 425 degrees F oven for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from oven and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on foil on grate bacon side up over indirect, medium heat. Grill for 23-34 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from grill and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated.
