Pork Tenderloin, Rotisserie Flavor

Instructions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place on a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 425 degrees F oven for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from oven and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill tenderloin over direct, medium heat, turning once halfway through grilling. Grill for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from grill and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated.
