Instructions

This ale is intended for immediate satisfaction, but is suitable for cellaring. To cellar, store upright in a dark, cool place (50-54 degrees F). Handle with care, drink for delight! Serve at 50 degrees F. Pour slowly so as to not disturb the yeast sediment, but with enough vigor to create a luxurious head and release the sumptuous bouquet.
