Instructions
Cooking Directions: All Purpose Rice (Excellent for Sushi). Combine 1-1/2 cups Nishiki Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Note: If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1-1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by the rice cooker manufacturer. Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
