Description

Hungry for the aromatic flavors of Butter Chicken from your local Indian restaurant? Prepare it at home … with McCormick Butter Chicken Seasoning Mix you can have this creamy, mildly spicy chicken dish on the table in 30 minutes! Made with coriander seed, cumin, turmeric, and cardamom, this seasoning mix contains a blend of fragrant spices or "masala” that makes it nearly failproof for you to recreate this dish in the comfort of your kitchen. To prepare our easy recipe, sauté chicken breast cubes, add butter, seasoning mix, and tomato sauce, and simmer. Sir in heavy cream or half-and-half and cook until sauce is nicely thickened. Serve over cooked basmati rice and you will have a restaurant-worthy meal without having to order takeout.

Instructions
