Instructions

Stove Top: Pour 16 oz portion (approximately half the bag) in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water. Bring water to a full boil over high heat; then reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, separating broccoli occasionally. Drain, season to taste and serve. Avoid overcooking. Microwave: Pour 16 oz portion (approximately half the bag) in microwaveable bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover microwave on high 9-10 minutes (Microwave oven performance varies. Heating time may require adjustment). Stir halfway through heating. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Storage Instructions: Do not refreeze or overcook. Store tightly close in freezer held at 0 degrees F. After opening package, reseal tightly and return to freezer. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Keep frozen.
