Instructions
Follow these steps for an enjoyable turkey-frying experience: Do not overfill pot with oil-turkey displaces oil. Begin cooking in 375-400 degrees oil and maintain 350 degrees afterwards. Never use propane cookers indoors. Never leave fryer unattended. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per pound. Enjoy the most succulent turkey you’ve ever eaten. Caution: Do not leave unattended. Turn off heat if smoking or fire occurs. Do not put water on hot oil and do not pour into plastic container. Spontaneous combustion (fire) may result from oil soaked materials even after laundered.
