Instructions
Cooking Directions: Servings: 2; Pasta: 1/2 pkg (3.5 oz); Water: 1-1.5 quarts/1 litro. Servings: 4; Pasta: full pkg (7 oz); Water: 2-3 quarts/2 litros. Time-Fineness: Al Dente: 3 min. Firm: 4 min. Tender: 5 min. (1) Bring water to a boil and salt to taste. (2) Add pasta to boiling water and stir occasionally during the cooking. (3) Drain well and server as desired. For soup, the pasta can be fried before adding it to the water.
