Instructions

Frying Instructions: 4 Easy Steps: Deep Fry: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees (make sure oil is to temp before adding fish). 2. Rinse fish in cold water and shake off excess. 3. Roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry until evenly coated and shake off excess. 4. Place fish in hot oil and fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Pan Fry: 1. Preheat 1/4 - 1/2 inch oil in a heavy bottomed skillet or frying pan to 350 degrees over medium/high heat (make sure oil is to temp before adding fish). 3. Roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry until evenly coated and shake off excess. 4. Place fish in hot oil and pan fry for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping only once. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Pat fish dry and lightly coat each side with cooking spray. 3. Roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry and shake off excess. 4. Place fish on greased baking pan and lightly coat top of fish with additional cooking spray. 5. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Then turn oven to broil. Broil fish for additional 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Air Fry Instructions: 1. Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer's recommendations for fish (approximately 390 degrees). 2. Pat fish dry and roll fish in seasoned fish fry and shake off excess. 3. Spray fish with cooking spray on all sides of fish. Place fish into air fryer. 4. Cook fish for 7-10 minutes, flip and if necessary cook an additional 4-7 minutes or until golden brown.
