Description
Tart and uber creamy lemon with from-scratch blueberry jam in fresh cultured buttermilk and cream. Gluten-free. Hands down, this is one of my all-time favorite flavors. I've been making it since my first days selling ice cream at a farmers market in 1996, inspired by the fresh berries grown by neighborhood farms. We make it the same way we always have, with fresh cultured buttermilk for tartness, lemon juice for a bright bite, and from-scratch blueberry sauce for sweet-tart balance.
