Hungry Jack Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
Instructions
Ingredients: 6-8 Pancakes: 1 cup of mix; 3/4 cup water; 12-16 Pancakes: 2 cups of mix; 1-1/2 cups water; 18-22 Pancakes: 3 cups of mix. 2-1/4 cups water. Prep: The griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Mix: Your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. Pour: On a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. Cook: 1-1/2 min on each side or until they're golden brown. Enjoy! Want waffles instead? Makes 12 4X4 Waffles. Heat up your waffle iron. Grab a large bowl and toss in: 2 cups pancake mix; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. Stir it up & get rid of any large lumps. Bake them in the hot waffle iron until steaming stops & waffles are golden brown. Tips: For thicker pancakes, use less water, for thinner use a little more. For pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min. To open, lift tab.
