Instructions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. No thawing needed. Cook from frozen. Ready in minutes. Frying Pan or Flat Top Grill: For medium well: Place frozen patty in the pre-heated fry pan or flat top grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 4 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 2 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Outdoor Grill: For medium well: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees F or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 2 to 4 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Under the Broiler: For medium-well: Place frozen patty in pre-heated broiler for 6 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended; cook them frozen. Uncooked keep frozen.
